About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Attended A&E with some kidney pains and was seen by nurse Lisa ANP. She was very kind and took my concerns seriously. Very thorough and felt like a MOT! Good patter. 

Bit of a wait in the reception but to be expected these days. The whole team were lovely and it was clearly very busy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was sorry to hear you had to attend the A&E Department of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital after experiencing some kidney pains.

I was however delighted to hear nurse Lisa was at hand and made your journey that bit more bearable.

It's wonderful to know that she took your concerns seriously and made you feel comfortable throughout the process. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to Nurse Lisa and the rest of the team.

We understand that waiting times can sometimes be longer than desired, especially given the current circumstances, but we appreciate your understanding and patience. Our teams work tirelessly to ensure that every patient receives the care they need, even during busy periods.

I hope your feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.
