I want to thank the team to see me and monitored my health. I didnt think it be that quick after talking to GP due my bad cough, breathlessness, that you helped me to sort out my medication with my constipation, took bloods for review to see if iam ok , did referrals for follow up for lungs

I was very happy with your work you came everyday making sure i was ok 

Sue came to see me to help me as i was starting to be very constipated she has helped me, next day Vicky, Suzie and Chloe came to see me to check on me my chest constipation. 

They need it to take bloods again to make sure all is ok, Suzie took bloods i was pleased i didnt feel needle at all was very thankful she was thorough professional kind and funny as Vicky and Chloe. 

I dont know what i would  do without your team quick response thank you again so much you put so much relieve for me and less worry
