"A highly efficient service"

Coming to Spa Medica is a reassuring experience. All staff know their roles, work as a team and check patient IDs through every step of their visit. All are friendly and helpful while at the same time keeping the whole machine ticking over at a smart pace. Periods of waiting are inevitable, but the outcome is worth it. My cataract operation took minutes and has made a big difference to my sight.

My only personal complaint - a particularly dreadful radio station continuously playing. No patients around me liked it either!
