"Great Practice"

I telephoned the surgery on Friday 19th to arrange an appointment for physio. The receptionist who answered was so kind to me on the phone. She told me that she had suffered from the problem herself years ago and suggested the specialist type of physio that had worked like a miracle for her. She even offered to help me with an App but I am not very technical. She then arranged a GP call for me. I can`t tell you how that conversation cheered me up.

GP arranged specialist physio so feeling optimistic now.
