"Excellent kind treatment"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I attended the emergency clinic first in late December early January, I was treated with not just excellent care but by kindness and understanding of my condition. A Viral infection seems to keep reappearing and I have had to return as an emergency, the Reception Staff are friendly and professional, I saw the Doctors within a reasonable time considering how many people there were there. After examining my eye I have now seen a Consultant and have been transferred from the Emergency Eye Department to the Clinic which deals with the condition I have.

I cannot praise the Eye Emergency Department highly enough the whole Unit work under great pressure but remain professional, sympathetic to one's worries and at the same time friendly to all in their care.
