(as a service user),

Total shoulder replacement at Musgrave Park Hospital. Fantastic service, especially from the exceptional anaesthetist Dr Iotov. He made the whole procedure so much easier by taking time to listen, to reassure me and to visit me several times post-op. Such a caring professional,  the Belfast Trust is lucky to have him.
