I was referred by my GP for help with mobility issues.
Harriet visited my home on two occasions and on both occasions offered practical and sensitive advice on home layout and arranged for walking aids (which subsequently arrived promptly).
Harriet was comprehensive in her approach, open and approachable, not patronising, and easy to talk to.
