About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Fracture Clinic Vale of Leven General Hospital / Xrays and Scans (Radiology)

(as the patient),

I felt particularly good following my last Orthopaedic appointment, the doctor explained my injury and the healing process well. He reassured me aswell about the future . I felt relieved and reassured .

The clinic nursing staff were also friendly and pleasant, also the reception staff who were always welcoming,empathic and generally nice. The xray dept was also a good service .

I think it is useful to give feedback either helpful or unhelpful as one helps with learning and the other boosts morale. I think this system is likely to be helpful in improving standards in work practice.
