You can never get through on the phone or by email . I tried all morning yesterday to cancel an appointment for 11.30 am I gave up at 11.50 .

I'm so sorry to hear you had trouble cancelling your appointment. We know the wait on our phone lines can be quite long. We've recently made it possible to cancel your appointment through Anima so you don't need to wait in the phone queue. Just log into Anima and choose 'Admin Request'.
