Very good e consult service with rapid response from suitably qualified heathcare professionals. GPs and other healthcare professionals actively listen and take action. If there is a need to call - you will get through!
My experience of a GP practice used by my mother in South Gloucestershire was their e consult service was infrequently operational and it was not possible to successfully phone through to that practice due to lack of staff.
The Axbridge & Wedmore practice offer a service significantly better than a radically larger GP practice on the outskirt of Bristol.
