(as the patient),

I had my first visit as part of the CISCO 21 study at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde's Clinical Research Facility.

At the appointment I had yesterday, Adam, Research Nurse, personified the values of:

Care and compassion

Dignity and respect

Openness, honesty and responsibility.

He has a wonderful way of interacting with patients and a great communication style.
