(as a service user),

My problem was caused by my GP prescribing the wrong vitamin D tablets. I have decided if I'm having any new prescribed medication by the GP I will check first with Acute Oncology Service to make sure its ok for me. I would like to thank you all at the Seamoor Unit for looking after me. You all do such a marvellous job. Thank you so much!
