About: Outpatients Services / Eye Outpatients diagnostic unit [EODU]

(as the patient),

Very long waiting time.

No document or even message given before appointment to confirm that yes I have an appointment today. So reception was also clueless.

Helpful staff though.

Horrible toilets clogged with toilet paper
