I rang the surgery to confirm medication. I went from caller 2 to 1 while waiting I decided to check the website. They close at about 6 this was at19:09. Why did it not say they were closed?

Hello, please can you send us an email with the telephone number you called from so we can investigate this? Our email is bswicb.smp@nhs.net. Our telephone system is set up to play a closed message from 1830 Monday to Friday so we would like to look into this. Kind regards, SMP
