I messaged Moat House Surgery at 8.05am to request an appointment. A Dr rang me at 8.20am and asked if I could be with them in 15 minutes. Living close by I said I would do my best. I was seen by my preferred GP at 8.45am. That is what I call service. Thank you Moat House.
