"Excellent care and empathy"

About: Conquest Hospital

Attended as a day case for a removal of a lump. Greeted with a smile from the Admin staff member, shown to a 6 bay ward and a lovely newly qualified nurse, looked after me exceptionally well. Registrar arrived to update me on the procedure which was completed within the next couple of hours from arriving. In recovery, the care and comfort I was given was superb. I cannot fault the Conquest Hospital in the effort and care they give. So much so, I had to ensure they had a gift of chocolates on my departure. Thank you to you all for looking after me, you should all be so proud of the work you do with such grace and genuine care for the patient.

Dear Tina,

Thank you for not only taking the time to write a review but to also for your generosity in giving the staff a gift of chocolates following your day case procedure. We strive to provide a high standard of care to all our patients, and it was reassuring to learn that this was evident during your admission from all the staff who cared for you.

We hope you are making a good recovery following the removal of a lump and will ensure that your positive feedback is shared with the team concerned.
