(as a relative),

My partner had an accident at work and we were worried that he had broken something.

We were greeted by the lovely reception staff and booked in. Nurse Lauren was brilliant and efficient. She was kind and it was very clear she is very skilled at her job.

We were in and out in no time and thankfully no broken bones!
