Myself and my husband have had support from 2 community nurses, and I want to say what a brilliant, brilliant job they do. 

One nurse saved my husband's life, quite literally by recognising there was a problem we hadn't seen. 

On the day, the first nurse came out and reported blood in my husband's catheter bag, and reported their concerns to their manager. The manager felt that the concerns were great enough that she would come out. As soon as she arrived, she took one look at the catheter bag and sent my husband straight to the hospital, where it was discovered he had Streptococcus.

Many thanks for your kind words in relation to your recent experience of the care in which you received from our staff, both our District Nurses, community nurses and health Care assistants work tirelessly to ensure they provide a caring experience that is both friendly, efficient and fitting to the ethos of our District Nursing Service.

Once again thank you for taking the time to give such positive feedback, it is as always a pleasure to provide the care in which we do.
