About: Iridium Medical Practice, Richmond Pcc

The previously working online repeat prescriptions service for the 3rd time now responded 'cannot access repeat prescriptions' I have been assured this would be sorted 2x - Using the practices text base support service today - its still not working and . I have now waited for a week for the prescription to get to the pharmacy. I have a similar experience trying to get my medical notes online - tried about 4-5 times and it never worked.

We have just tested the Practice Text Messaging support on our website and it is working properly.

So that we can assist you please :

1. Call our Prescription Line and request your medication by telephone (or in person at Reception, if you prefer)

2. Send us further details of your IT problem at iridiummp.experience@nhs.net so we can try and assist you.
