I am incredibly disappointed with the level of service with this practice. I have been waiting for more than 12 months for an appointment since my GP referral. Anyone would be expecting to have an appointment booked by now.
I have tried several times to contact them in order to obtain a waiting time for the appointment but I had no luck or was able to obtain an appointment.
