"Poor communication to patients about delays"

Appointment booked for 11.10 at 12.00 as I'm writing I Have still not been seen, not one member of staff made any announcements in the waiting area to patients about any delays, One doctor was only apologising to patients when asked by patients why the wait was so long. No senior manager around to come to the floor to manage patient expectations or ask if we would need to rebook or able to wait or given any idea on how long the waits would be have asked reception at 11.30 how many patients ahead of me have been told 1 patient but still not been seen understandably delays can be unavoidable in healthcare but the lack of communication has failed patients today.
