I had the great fortune of being referred immediately to the in-house Physio with a trapped nerve in my lower spine which has reduced mobility on my left side. Onwards to an m.r.i. scan with a session the very next day with the Physio to assess the immediate results.

all possible because the practice has in-house additional disciplines like Physio, Nursing, Diabetes Clinic etc - all on the premises. No long waits for outside associates to pick up & read the emails - find time to check their diaries - report back - another layer of administration slowing down the process for me to get infront of treatment.

All turned around within 5 weeks of my emergency GP appointment because this practice works as a team across multi disciplinary platforms - extraordinary.

And I say this because who would believe that in these days of a dysfunctional NHS - and an equally dysfunctional general practice reputation.
