"Inadequate and Confusing Systems"

Firstly: The call at 08.00am for an appointment system is ridiculous. The new electronic system is going to be even more ridiculous and confusing to many patients, Elderly, and those with Metal Health Issues, especially if the patient is not computer savvy.

Secondly: I can't get a telephone interview for X-Ray results after being text messaged to do so! Why change something that was not broken? Read your 'Mission Statement' before replying to me in writing.
