Having recently suffered a health issue contacted reception by phone. No issue with getting through and speaking to a very helpful lady. Resulted in out of hours telephone appointment with a doctor. This occurred on time and very thorough. Pleased with outcome from it and have just seen a doctor as a follow up at the surgery. Booked in swiftly, doctor very pleasant and I left with positive outcome. As an infrequent user I was genuinely surprised at the service and treatment I received. Thanks to all involved.
