About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 64, 65, 66,& 67)

(as the patient),

I recently had planned robot assisted surgery in Glasgow Royal Infirmary for bowel cancer and everything went to plan.

The surgical team were superb and the enhanced recovery unit I was in thereafter was exemplary.

Large airy ward with dedicated staff at all levels who went above and beyond the call of duty. I felt secure and listened to.

I was pleased to read the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was also great to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel welcomed into each department and showed a caring and compassionate nature throughout your stay.
