"Poor-slow service"

About: Manor Hospital

Attended an and e 5:30am. Relatively quiet could count 5 people in waiting area. It took 13 minutes to be seen by nurse who did nothing but take blood pressure and ask what medication was on. No details of what to do or what treatment would be needed. Just take a seat. Still sat waiting 1hour and 55 mins.

Reception staff asked at 1 hour and 25 how long to be met with no long. Yet still waiting. Appalling service - new an and e built by nurses for nurses to aid efficiency is a joke. It is no better than the previous.
