Reception staff made me run to the surgery 4 times for a repeat prescription , and was aggressive with me when I complained about it, at the end they never gave my mum the repeat , arrogant and rude, and you would not get an appointment , lazy reception staff answering them phone takes half an hour. Avoid avoid

Dear Mr Muflahi,

Thank you for taking the time to leave feed back.

Please contact the practice manager in writing so that we can review the telephone consultation you have had. We will also review why no medication was issued to your mother on the 4 occasions you have been to the surgery if you would kindly include the dates on the letter.

Our reception staff are all trained on customer service as well as other aspects of reception work. We will review the reception member of staff and ensure all training has been completed.
