"Impossible to get an appointment"

About: Dr Khalid & Partners

Have been trying for days to get an appointment for my 90 year old mother to no avail. Start ringing at 8am & get an answer to say they have a high volume of calls & try later and phone goes dead. Continue to ring, continuously busy and by 8.10 appointments all gone.

There is a serious organisational problem here. They are either letting people queue up & make appointments before 8 o’clock, giving appointments to online bookings first (which isn’t good for old people) don’t have enough phone lines, admin staff or doctors. In which case they have signed up too many patients. Really disappointed in this surgery
