(as a service user),

I was a day patient and looked after extremely well by the nurses Ailene, Neetha and Toish; the theatre staff and 2 days later the urology team were brilliant.

It seems the operation up to now is a success thanks to you all for being so kind.

Thank you for taking the time to send your comments in – I have shared with the team and especially the named Nurses you have mentioned, as they are all so pleased to get a special mention and to know they made your experience with us so good.

I, as Matron for the Hub, am always assured to read comments such as yours that the staff were so kind as that is what we strive to achieve.
