Horrible! Go straight to private and don’t lose time there on the 6th Floor.

The whole team does not genuinely care about any of the paediatric patients. The doctors seem to be kind and polite at first, but the whole system is so disorganised, that you’ll never get anything done, ever.

We waited for over two years for my daughter’s surgery, nobody called us back. I used to call the admin office every week or so, to check if we’re moving down the list, to which they only answered: we don’t have any dates yet, sorry.

On one occasion, a ENT doctor gave us the wrong equipment, so we couldn’t do the sleep study at home and hence wasted our appointment (thanks to the St Mary’s staff).

Negligent, reckless behaviour that I wish no child should experience. Close down the department or get a grip of your job!

Never been more disappointed with any central London hospital before.
