Since being seen by a nurse and not a consultant all my appointments have been going downhill, having to chase every single thing from forms to tests and appointments - otherwise nothing will be done. I had spoken to someone from the office just to confirm my appointment and needing reassurance that it will happen (which it did not and having me to contact them again.) They were very rude and abrupt about me phoning my appointments several times which is not ideal for someone working in this field.
