"Quick response"

When my optician said it was time to get a second cataract operation, I agreed, thinking that there was likely to be a long wait. I was offered an assessment appointment within a week, and the cataract removal less than 4 weeks later.

My only criticism was that all my belongings were safely in a locker for the whole time it took to perform for other cataract operations before mine, as I was last on the list. It felt a long boring wait.
