"They missed cancer"

They misdiagnosed my mother's lung cancer despite there being massive red flags from her being a smoker all of her life. She went repeated times and saw different doctors who did not follow protocol and request a chest x-ray until months later. Her cancer was then found at an advanced stage and she died from it.
