About: Maternity care / Gynae Rapid Access Clinic (GRACE)

(as a relative),

My mother required an urgent appointment with the GRACE clinic. This was accommodated by staff.

On arrival, Katie, the specialist nurse welcomed my mother so warmly, and put her at ease. Explained the procedure, and ensured mum was comfortable throughout. Remedied the problem within minutes, and organised a review appointment for the following week. She's a total gem and a fantastic asset to the trust!

As the Sister in Charge of GRACE (Gynae Rapid Access Clinic) in Craigavon Hospital, I am grateful to receive such praise, as a high standard of patient care and comfort is a priority for all the team. It is encouraging for me to hear that such a high standard of care is being delivered.

We are lucky to have such a skilled Specialist Nurse and I will ensure your comments are passed on to Katie and all the GRACE team.
