Considering how much this surgery has grown and how busy it always is, all the staff and practitioners are doing a wonderful job. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly and if you explain to them the reason of your appointment, using their triage system, they are able to fit you in as quickly as possible. My partner was seen by a physician the same day he called (within an hour) which is pretty good going. Also if you were unable to make an appointment on line ( my partner is technology challenged), they will accommodate your request over the phone, if you are willing to give enough info about your case.
