"Through all of this I was kept informed"

About: Theatres / Recovery / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

I was referred to The Ulster Hospital by my G.P.  I was seen quickly by a consultant and he agreed that a colonoscopy was required.  I was called quite quickly for the procedure and a number of polyps were removed. I was recalled to make sure that all the polyps had been removed. I was called again to make sure that all had been removed, even though the biopsy reports were clear, and I was reassured that all was O.K.

Through all of this I was kept informed, treated with the utmost respect, and nothing was rushed. All staff were friendly and I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout.

Hi Tom Em,

Thank you so much for the great feedback! I'm glad you had a positive experience with us in the Endoscopy Unit.

The staff will be delighted when I pass this on to them.

I hope you are keeping well after your procedure.

Best wishes

Jemma
