About: Cannock Chase Hospital

When attending an appointment on 9/04/2024 {3.45p.m.} I reported to reception where I was warmly welcomed and immediately made to feel at ease (J}

Following a very short wait I was once again warmly welcomed by Staff Nurse and Clinical Nurse who took great care to ensure I felt

comfortable and relaxed during the tests carried out {J] and {O}

I was then introduced to a Consultant who was very affable, caring and considerate, explaining the procedures involved and answering questions put to him, thus giving me confidence in the future {C}

All in all the Hospital Visit because of the above experience was

without stress or anxiety and I felt cared for throughout and valued as an individual and wish to thank everyone above.
