"No duty of care"

About: Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust

I was left for 10hrs with no water, 20hrs no food. Not a single member checked if I was ok while lying down crying my eyes out, no information, no duty of care.

Left dehydrated, nauseous, fainted on the way home.

I do understand the reason behind delays but very disappointed with no duty of care.
