"Teenager with dislocated patella"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a service user),

My 15 yr old daughter dislocated her patella. She was quickly attended to by Pamela and Andrea from NIAS who dealt with her at the scene and safely transferred here to Antrim. Thank you ladies for your help, kindness and reassurance to my daughter.

Good Afternoon Patella,

I would like to begin by thanking you for taking the time to share your experience of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. It was encouraging to discover how quickly your daughter was attended to and to hear how reassuring and kind Pamela and Andrea were with your daughter. It means such a lot to our teams to hear that they have a made a difference to those they care for and I am sure they will be delighted to hear your lovely words.

I wish your daughter the best with her recuperation.

Kind regards,

Maggie
