I've always had a really good experience with all the staff here: receptionists, HCAs, and doctors. Such shortcomings as the place has are clearly systemic in nature (being 27th in a telephone queue, waiting three weeks for an appointment, etc.), rather than being the responsibility of any individuals. I was particularly happy with my last appointment, where despite running behind and with a very busy waiting room outside, I was listened to carefully and given all the time I needed. It felt like a genuinely collaborative, person-centred appointment, for which I was very grateful.
