"Terrible annual health check"

I attended my nurse health check on Tuesday and regretfully have to say how bad it was. When I arrived the nurse kept her head down there was no acknowledgement what so ever let alone a hello. During the process I explained I would be back on Friday for my injection which is for my cancer hormone treatment, again I found her manner to be abrupt and said without moving her gaze from the screen you won’t be seeing me.She then attempted to get a blood sample without luck and after getting the sample in the other arm said in future I must drink lots of water before I give blood again. Throughout the process I found her manner and nurse patient skills very poor to say the least, there seemed to be no care or empathy at all. It costs nothing to say hello or to ask how are you today. After being in hospital many times for my cancer treatment I am a huge fan of how wonderful the nurses are and I was so surprised in her attitude at my health check.
