"Horrible experience "

I wish I could say something positive about my experience with Ascenti but unfortunately my experience was just horrible. I have been sent to Ascenti by my lawyers after my Motocycle accident. I have waited few weeks for my initial assessment. After that I haven’t heard back from them so I needed to chase after them just to find out that the physiotherapist who assessed me left the company without leaving notes about my health condition therefore they had to do another initial assessment for me. That took few weeks again , while this is happening I’m 4 weeks post accident and I still haven’t receive any health care. After another initial assessment finally I was sent for physiotherapy in meantime my therapist got sick so my appointment got cancelled. Another week of no help . Within my 4 sessions I have seen 3 different therapists as one called in sick, other one went on holidays and the third one was 22 min late for my scheduled appointment. Two of them happened to have very little knowledge about how to help me, I have not been taken care of properly, I have not felt safe and comfortable with them. I felt ignored and neglected. Being a sport professional and having anatomical knowledge and massive experience with physiotherapists in the past I have never experience such a disastrous treatment and service. It seems like the admin team do not communicate with the physiotherapists therefore I have completely wasted my time, money and effort going for my appointment that happened to be cancelled and no one even bothered to inform me. I’m still in pain 3 month post accident, nothing has been sorted and my case is being postponed due to lack of professionalism and serious treatment. You would think that private company would care about their client with high quality of service but what I have experienced is pure negligence

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, and that your treatment has been impacted by delays and miscommunication. I can appreciate your frustration when you are still in pain three months on, and this does not sound like the usual high quality service that we take pride in delivering.
