About: The Deepings Practice

This practice is a disgrace. Waiting for phone call following blood test results for over 4 weeks and then on the day of the telephone appointment (a Saturday) they didn’t even bother ringing and no one to get hold of! Have also waiting for certain medication needed for months and rude unhelpful receptionists. Doctors also found sitting on desk at private hospital in Peterborough when you can’t get NHS appointments with them for love nor money!

This is people’s lives!

We are very sorry to read your review, which we received at 11:23am on Saturday 9th March.

I can confirm our Saturday clinics run until 12 midday and on this particular day all appointments were attended / telephone calls made.
