About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Had severe back pain from muscle injury.

Attended during night. Staff were friendly.

Cleaners were very busy.

Was seen within the 4hr guidelines.

Efficiently and appropriately treated.
