"I received a report about eye test in Dec 2023…"

I was contacted by my local surgery to say that they can add the suggested drops to my prescription. I have never personally received the report. I was called by the ophthalmologist today prompted by the local surgery to explain the additional drops but said the communication was your problem not his!
