"Excellent service from doctor the and other staff"

I continue to receive excellent service from Island Health. Today I saw a doctor, j l, who provided excellent care and I was very pleased with the appointment. He gave me confidence of his knowledge and his understanding of my issues. He spent time in understanding and assessing my concerns and arranging the necessary tests and referrals.

The reception staff were also friendly, efficient and helpful and managed to arrange the requested blood test for later the day of my visit. Further, the young woman who undertook the blood test was similarly friendly and efficient.

An excellent service and a very satisfied patient.
