"Awful Service"

Had Health check message on my phone to book appointment for health check.

Made appointment for Wend 28/02/2024 at 8:30am

Booked in reception and told to sit down.

waited until 9am - no one explained to me there is a long wait or any issues just left sitting in Limbo, at which point I just walked out, phoned the helpline for Nexus health group, booked a call back.

Over half an hour later I get a call back and explained the situation to them, told they would speak to a manager please hold.

15 minutes later still sitting here like a lemon listening to god awful phone music.

That's enough for me, Never in all my life ever come across such shoddy and awful service, hasten to add I will have nothing more to do with this surgery or anything to do with Nexus Healthcare ever again.
