Daughter has tried to register, been told she cant as her postcode isn't real - everyone else finds it correct ! Very unhelpful, I try to call but the phoneline is dead. My daughter needs to be registered with a doctor and there is no way of contacting them to resolve. This practise is frankly apalling

Dear Mr Neal

I am sorry to read that your daughter is having difficulty registering. I have checked the practice tel. number listed on the NHS website and the number is incorrect it is 01865 242334. I have now updated the details.

Patient registration can be completed via the surgery website www.sbmc.org.uk. The website will identify if a postcode is within our catchment area. Please do ask your daughter to contact the practice on 01865 242334 and ask to speak to myself Jo Hearle HR Manager or the reception manager Joy Maloney so that we can look into this for her.
