The entire process, from initial welcome briefing and observations by Nurse Bernie, was very professional, courteous and well managed.
Dr Rafferty provided clear explanation about what would happen and was attentive to me throughout the process. The nurses working with Dr Rafferty were very supportive and helpful at every stage and I felt confident in the high level of skill of the team throughout.
The nursing team in the recovery ward were also very attentive and helpful and I left after my appointment feeling that I had been very well looked after by a highly professional, skilled and caring team.
