Good morning,
Thank you for taking time to share your recent experience with us following your wait in the Fracture Clinic. I was sorry to see that you had incurred a significant delay.
This feedback has been shared with the team Manager who will discuss in their team huddles to look at improving communication and management of wait times within the department.
